Canaro Talk
Michael Lavocah is giving a talk on the life and times of Francisco Canaro, one to the most popular and accessible orchestras in Argentine tango. Canaro is most famous for his milongas and you will hear songs like No Hay Tierra como la Mia and Parque Patricios regularly in Tango178. Tango Cafe@Fresh Ground are hosting the talk on Saturday the 24th September. I recommend strongly you attend! It is so important in tango to familiar yourself deeply with the music.
