Adrian and Amanda, who are both highly talented tango dancers based in France, will be with us @ Tango 178 30th March to the 6th April with Workshops classes REAL Guided practica and Performance. Their distinctive dance style is revered for its simplicity, clarity, and precision. Their approach underpins the dance of Tango 178 and we consider them a pinnacle of our preferred style. Their teaching approach is particularly effective in helping students grasp the understanding of musicality and a craft that sculpts itself from the music. In classes this rigour is transmitted to their students. They aspire to convey a musical awareness to give students themselves an understanding of how to structure their dance directly from the music, whether they are less experienced and new to tango or have been dancing for some years.

Their dance is always pure improvisation in the original spirit of tango. every performance is unique and created in the moment. You can see a group of performances from their previous visit to 178.

We are so fortunate to have Amanda and Adrian with us for two weeks. Sunday’s first class will be fundamentals followed by an developed interpretation of this basics. The themes in the workshops will be confirmed soon. The exciting innovation will be the real guided practica after the workshops when Anand and Adrian will be available all evening to address your dance needs in detail. Bring any aspect of technique or step execution to their attention and they will help you solve!
