This year’s semi-final of the Buenos Aires Munidal del Tango 2022.
The majority of steps you see being danced, even at this high level, are relatively simple. Take away the turns and what you see is a tango based on a slow walk. What it shows is that a mastery of tango is less about the glamourous and the ostentatious and more about a continuity of stepping with your partner.
